Why doesn't Avid DNxHD show up in Encoder 2014, but is already in other applications?

I have a Windows 7, 64 bit machine.
DNxHD is already installed and is an option in Premiere 2014 and even in the Adobe Encoder CC (not 2014)
Option is not there in Encoder 2014. What gives?

sorry, I was referring to the DNxHD with the quicktime .mov wrapper.
Admittedly, I did not check on the DNxHD MXF OP1a in Premiere, but it is in AME.
Then again, because of my first sentence here, I am unsure if that matters. I did have to download the codecs for the quicktime wrapper straight from Avid. It worked fine in AME CC, but AME CC 2014, even after I reinstalled the codecs again, still doesn't see them.
