Business Development Manager

Essential Responsibilities:

Identify and develop plan to approach potential client categories for Onexeno.
Evaluate and qualify best opportunities.
Initiate contact with potential clients.
Plan, prepare and present at high impact meetings with prospects and existing clients based on a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges.
Drive and maximize revenue growth with direct key clients and portals.
Utilize research in presentations and interacting with prospects and clients by developing winning selling strategies and proposals.
Liaising with project management team to ensure successful implementation of campaigns and renewal of clients.

Required Knowledge:

* -5 years sales experience, experience in agency, sales or digital marketing is preferred.
* Good understanding of online advertising, search engine marketing, email marketing and other interactive media.
* Strong understanding of advertising industry trends, technologies and pricing models.
* Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning.
* Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, presentation, negotiating, and the ability to sell.
* Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
* Ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily.
* Successful Sales track record.
* Degree in business, marketing or related fields preferred.
