I have deactivated and deauthorized and uninstalled ADE from my computer then cleared the recycle bin.  Reinstalled ADE and have exactly the same problem.  My OS is Windows 7.   Have been using ADE on this computer and the same Nook Color for almost a year with no issues.  What happened?  Can anybody help?  Please .........
Thanks,
Margaret

Margaret, I used to be able to read these error messages and decode them.
That was before Win7, however.  But what I think has happened is that
something in Win7 isn't set correctly, and it's not able to process the
code that is coming from ADE.  Microsoft does updates all the time, so if
it is a problem with Win7, it could have been caused by one of those
updates.  I'd contact Microsoft and read or send them the text and see if
they can help you with it.  I doubt that uninstalling/reinstalling ADE will
do any good because the error is coming from a Win7 system module.
